  3. 3. Enrollment Offer: Based on age-appropriate slot availability, we extend an admission offer with a checklist of forms.
  4. 4. Document Submission & Fees: Parents complete health checks, submit immunization records, verify details, and settle initial fees.

NurtureNest

The Enrichment Hub for Kids 2+

NurtureNest is our dedicated after-school activity center designed to engage, inspire, and develop children outside of regular school hours. It is an open-for-all enrichment hub for any child aged 2 years and above.

Fee Policy & Withdrawals

Fee Payment Schedule

Quarterly Due Dates

School fees shall become due on the first day of every quarter and are to be deposited on or before the 15th day of that quarter, in the following months:

  • 1st Quarter: April
  • 2nd Quarter: July
  • 3rd Quarter: October
  • 4th Quarter: January

Late Fee & Non-Payment Policy

Late Payment Charge: A late payment charge of ₹500 (Rupees Five Hundred Only) per fortnight shall be levied on school fees deposited after the 15th of the due month.

Non-Payment of Fees: If fees remain unpaid beyond the second month of the quarter (i.e. May, August, November, or February), the student shall be deemed to have been withdrawn, and their name will be struck off the school register without further intimation. The security deposit held by the school shall, in such cases, be appropriated towards the outstanding fees for the respective quarter.

Withdrawal Guidelines

  • Notice of Withdrawal Parents/guardians intending to withdraw their ward from the school are required to submit one calendar month's written notice to the Principal. In the absence of such notice, one month's tuition fee shall be charged in lieu thereof. (Exemption is granted for sudden government or defense personnel transfers with valid proof.)
  • Withdrawals in May Students seeking withdrawal in the month of May shall be required to pay the school fees up to and including the month of June, irrespective of the date of withdrawal.
  • Security Deposit & TC The Transfer Certificate (T.C.) shall be issued only after all outstanding dues are cleared in full. The security deposit remitted at the time of admission shall be forfeited if not claimed at the time of withdrawal (original receipt must be produced).
